Ulrike Fasbender ist Professorin für Wirtschafts- und Organisationspsychologie am Institut für Bildung, Arbeit und Gesellschaft – Universität Hohenheim. Außerdem ist sie Visiting Research Fellow an der Oxford Brookes University und am Birkbeck College, University of London. Sie promovierte an der der Leuphana Universität Lüneburg und arbeitete anschließend an der Oxford Brookes University und an der Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen. In der Forschung befasst sie sich mit folgenden Themen:

#3: Knowledge Transfer, Learning and Innovation in Organizations
#4: Organizational Behavior and Change
