Bastian Schnieders is a research associate and doctoral student in the field of Business and Organizational Psychology at the Institute for Education, Work, and Society at the University of Hohenheim. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as his Master’s degree in Work, Business, and Organizational Psychology at the University of Mannheim.
During his studies, he deepened his statistical expertise by leading several tutorials in Quantitative Methods I and II. In addition, he gained practical research experience at the interface of research and work psychology through a research internship at the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen (IFPM-HSG).
