BMAS approves SAFEspace@Work third-party funded project as part of INQA experimental spaces [12.12.25]
SAFEspace@Work aims to sustainably strengthen psychological safety and diversity in interactive work, such as in nursing, retail, catering, or social services.
Small and medium-sized enterprises in particular are to be supported in designing working conditions in such a way that stress is reduced, discrimination is counteracted, and the handling of diversity is improved. To this end, practical measures such as DEI training, conflict prevention workshops, codes of conduct, and stress-reducing work design approaches are being developed, piloted, and evaluated. The project is being implemented in collaboration with BIT e.V., ddn e.V., and several corporate partners.
